TaskZing Subscription and Billing Terms

These terms apply if you buy a paid plan or add-on from ZingTe ("TaskZing"). They add to the Terms and Conditions.

1. What you get

TaskZing is free to use. Optional paid plans raise limits and add features.

The pricing page is the current source of truth for limits and features. We may change plans for the future, and tell you first (section 8).

2. Payments and price

• Prices, currency and any taxes are shown before you confirm.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Plans marked as one-time are charged once. Recurring plans renew at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are added where they apply.

3. Renewal and cancellation

• Recurring plans renew automatically at the price shown when you signed up (or the new price, if we told you in advance).
• You can cancel any time in Settings > Subscription. Your plan then stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
• Deleting your account does not cancel billing by itself. Cancel first.

4. Refunds

• You can ask for a refund of a plan purchase within 14 days of the first charge if you have not used the extra features. Email customercare@taskzing.com.
• Renewals are not refunded once the new period has started, except where the law says otherwise.
• Quebec and other provincial consumer laws may give you further rights that these terms do not limit.
• Job payments between clients and providers are not covered by this section. TaskZing does not process them and cannot refund them (Terms, section 5).

5. Business status, sponsored placements and campaigns

• The Business badge is granted after the purchase and any verification steps listed on the pricing page. We can remove it if the rules are broken.
• Sponsored placements and campaigns are marketing services. Their price, duration and what is delivered are agreed before you pay. We do not promise a number of views, leads or jobs.

6. When a plan ends

When a paid plan ends you go back to Free limits. We do not delete your work straight away. Items above the Free limit stay saved but may be hidden from others until you are back within the limit. [ROW 52: proposed grace period of 90 days, with export, to be confirmed.]

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails we try again and tell you. If it still fails, the plan ends and you go back to Free.

8. Changes

We may change plans or prices. We will tell you in the app or by email before the change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
