TaskZing Content Removal and Appeals Policy

Version 2.0.0 · Effective September 27, 2026

This policy explains how to report content or people on TaskZing (run by ZingTe), what we do with reports and how to appeal.

1. How to report

Use Report on a profile, reel, story, showcase, job, community post or chat message. Pick the category that fits and add details if you can. You can also block a person to stop them contacting you or seeing your content. If you cannot use the app, email customercare@taskzing.com with a link or description.

2. What happens after a report

CategoryWhat we do straight awayReview
Severe: child safety, terrorism, sexual content, graphic violence, dangerous acts, suicide or self-harmThe content is hidden from everyone except its owner as soon as it is reportedOur team reviews it. Target: within 24 hours
Standard: hate speech, harassment, misinformation, spam, legal or IP, otherQueued for review, not hidden at onceOur team reviews it. Target: within 3 days
Profiles and chat messagesNever hidden automatically, because suspending an account or hiding a chat has a large effectManual review

Child sexual abuse material is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authority, and the account is permanently banned. There is no appeal for this category.

3. Outcomes

After review we may restore the content, keep it hidden, remove it for good, warn the account owner, limit features, or suspend or ban the account. The person who reported is told that their report was received. We do not tell reporters the outcome, to protect the reported person's privacy. The owner of the content sees whether it is hidden or removed.

4. Appeals

If your content or account was actioned and you think it was a mistake, email customercare@taskzing.com with the content or account name and why. A different reviewer from the original one checks it where possible. We reply within 7 days. Content found to break the rules stays removed. Repeated or serious violations lead to escalating action whatever the result of an appeal.

5. Legal notices

If you believe content infringes your copyright or other rights, email customercare@taskzing.com with: who you are, what content (a link), what right is affected and why, and a statement that the information is correct. We act on valid notices. If a court or authority sends a lawful order, we follow it.
