TaskZing Content and Data Terms

These terms cover everything you post or upload to TaskZing, run by ZingTe: Reels, Stories, Proof of Work, job posts, Showcase Work, community posts, profile media, reviews and messages. You accept them once, and we record the version and date. You can read them again at any time in Settings > Legal.

1. Your content must be real and yours

Post only content that is authentic, accurate and yours (or that you have permission to use). Do not pass off someone else's work as yours, or post misleading descriptions. Misrepresenting content may lead to removal and suspension.

2. Ownership and licence

You keep ownership of your content. You give TaskZing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, distribute, adapt for display (for example resize or crop) and promote your content on the Platform and in our marketing of the Platform, for as long as it stays posted. The licence ends when you remove the content or close your account, except for copies already shared by others, legally required records and backups until they expire.

3. Other people's rights

Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy and publicity rights. Do not post photos or video of identifiable people, homes or private property without the right permissions. Do not post content that shows children in a way that could put them at risk. If you believe your rights were infringed, email customercare@taskzing.com.

4. How your data is used

Media files, descriptions, location tags and related metadata are handled under our Privacy Policy. They are used to run and display the Platform and to improve it, and are not sold. Public content can be seen by other users and by search or AI features on the Platform (see the Privacy Policy, section on artificial intelligence). When you post, you choose what is public. Removing content takes it off the Platform; copies others already saved or shared may remain.

5. Limits

Free plans have limits, for example on live showcases and reels per month. Paid plans raise them. The current limits are on the pricing page. If a plan ends and you are over a limit, we do not delete your work straight away. [ROW 52: excess-media grace period (proposed 90 days with export) to be confirmed by the CEO.]

6. Moderation

Everything you post is subject to the Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. Content reported in a severe category (child safety, terrorism, sexual content, graphic violence, dangerous acts, self-harm) is hidden from others as soon as it is reported, pending review. Other reports are queued for our team without an immediate hide. Reviewers may restore, keep hidden or permanently remove content. 7. AI and automated tools

We use automated tools, including AI services, to power search and recommendations. Reports are reviewed by our team, and account suspensions are decided by a person. [If AI screening of posts is added later (CEO idea, 2026-09-03), describe it here.]
