Common questions

How do I create a task?

Tap the “+” or “Create” button in the app, choose whether you\'re posting a job or offering a service, add the details (title, description, category, budget), and hit publish. Done—your task is live.

How do I get help in the app?

Use the help or chat option in the app, or email us at support@taskzing.com and we'll get back to you.

Is it free to become a provider?

Yes. We just ask you to add a card so we can verify it's you—it's free, and your card details stay private and secure. No subscription fee to be a provider.

Billing or payment questions?

We don't charge to use TaskZing or to become a provider. If you have a question about a charge (e.g. from your device's app store), contact us at support@taskzing.com and we'll help.
